毛血旺是风靡云贵川渝等地的一道麻辣江湖菜肴,麻辣味型,主料配以毛肚、血旺、火腿、鸡胗等肉类,加上黄豆芽等蔬菜,大量使用辣椒、花椒、芝麻等香料调味,完美体现川菜麻辣鲜香之特点。下面的这道菜谱,巧用圣厨宝酸辣粉调味料,快捷制作出地道正宗的毛血旺,绝对满足吃货馋虫。

主料:毛肚150克,血旺150克,火腿片150克,鸡胗150克,黄豆芽100克

调料:圣厨宝酸辣粉调味料150克,油50克,干辣椒50克,花椒15克,香菜10克,芝麻5克,盐酌量添加

 

做法:

1、毛肚洗净切片,血旺洗净切薄块,火腿切片,鸡胗洗净切片,黄豆芽洗净备用;

2、锅装水约500克,烧开后加入圣厨宝酸辣粉调味料150克,混合均匀;

3、锅内水开后先后加入鸡胗、火腿片、血旺和毛肚,煮熟后关火;

4、另起一锅加水烧开,黄豆芽加入锅内,过生即捞出放于碗内;

5、将鸡胗、火腿片、血旺、毛肚等盛入装豆芽的碗里;

6、另起一锅加油烧热,将花椒和干辣椒加入爆香后,浇淋在碗里;

7、撒上白芝麻和香菜即成。
