Szechuan Spicy Crawfish, as many Sichuan dishes, are full of flavors from dried chili peppers, Sichuan Peppercorns and other spices. It is a very popular dish in China. Below is the recipe using our Mala Pot sauce.
Food Materials: cleaned Crawfish 5 lb
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil 7oz, Mala Pot Sauce 7 oz, Ginger slices 1 oz, peeled Garlic 1 oz, Scallion pieces 1 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon
Instruction:
1 Add oil into wok with high heat;
2 Add ginger slices, garlic after the oil temperature is over 350F, stir-fry with the oil till the aroma comes out;
3. Add Mala Pot sauce into the wok and quitly mix with ginger and garlic;
4. Put crawfish into a pot with boiling water, add some salt, and boil the crawfish for 5-10 minutes
5. Get the boild crawfish into the wok and stir fry with low heat;
6. Add Scallion pieces into the wok
